Community Input Survey 

The Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) is working on an institutional self-study process for our application for the Carnegie Classification for Community Engagement.  The Carnegie Community Engagement Classification is an elective classification for academic institutions that demonstrate a deep commitment to community engagement. MCW is applying for re-classification since the institution originally received the classification in 2015. The application focuses on how MCW has advanced community engagement.

This community input survey is provided by the Office of Community Engagement at MCW to seek broad community feedback from people who are not employees or students at MCW.
